Conclusion Suggestion is an opinion that is in our minds that other people should do about something we think is a good idea. Suggestion sentences are used to give advice, input, or ideas to others. So, if you have an opinion for someone else you can use it. Offering is an act of someone to offer something to other. You can use this sentence when you want to offer an item or service to another person. Usually this sentence is used with interrogative sentences like  Could you, Would you, Have, Can i, Must i  or  May you. Can  can be used to express informal expressions while  May  and  Must  can be used in formal conversations. There is no difference in meaning between the verbs, only the difference lies in the level of politeness or politeness.  May  and  Must  are considered more polite to use in formal conversation.
